I am Mrs Junge, a visiting lecturer and business consultant around the strategic areas of HR, leadership and business ethics. I am blogging to share my passion for good business practice and to encourage my students to work through the boring stuff as well as through the inspiring challenges. I consider my students partners in learning although I am aware that several of them, and some clients, rather have someone to tell them what’s right or wrong. But if I knew that I’d set up a sect.
I am here to discuss with you the various models, tools and ideas around management research and running businesses successfully. But I am not the one to tell you how you should do it. I am here to help you find out what kind of manager you want to be, and to help you become the best version of that person. I also talk about studying business administration and preparing for exams. Most of my posts are in German, as they address my German speaking students, but every now and then I include something in English to keep consultancy clients up to date and, during August 2015, to share my views with the Blogging 101 community on wordpress.com.
In my private life, I like to spend time with family and friends, dance, write, practice yoga, act as a commedienne, do DIY projects and create re-fashion; I love to meet people from around the world and learn to understand and appreciate the various faces human culture has evolved into. Oh, and try their cuisine of course 🙂
Please feel free to get in touch and leave a comment. Is there anything you want me to write about? Thank you for your inspiration!
